At Brandywine Princeton by Monarch, our memory care residents truly enjoy participating in our culinary enrichment program, Cooking with Class.

In February, they prepared a specialty strawberry dessert cake — made with love and teamwork. Programs like this are intentionally designed to stimulate long-term memory, encourage engagement, and create meaningful social interaction through familiar activities such as baking.

Moments like these are why I love what I do.

In early February, our residents at Brandywine Princeton by Monarch partnered with volunteers from the South Brunswick High School Wish Club to create beautiful winter wreaths.

Programs like this go beyond seasonal crafts they foster meaningful intergenerational engagement, creativity, and shared purpose. Residents proudly displayed their wreaths on their doors, but the true impact was the continued connections built between generations.

What a spectacular Mardi Gras celebration at Brandywine Princeton by Monarch!

This month, residents were transported straight to New Orleans as we hosted our annual Mardi Gras Party featuring the incredible Pete and the Hot Peppers Band. The room was alive with authentic New Orleans music, festive beads, and nonstop dancing!

Residents enjoyed delicious king cake, beautifully decorated Mardi Gras cupcakes, and festive hurricane cocktails to complete the celebration. It’s truly one of our favorite annual traditions — and this year did not disappoint. The dance floor was full and the smiles were endless!

Our residents at Brandywine Princeton by Monarch are always ready to turn a snowy day into something magical!

After last night’s blizzard, they bundled up, headed outside, and created this amazing snowman together. Laughter, teamwork, and a little winter creativity made for the perfect snow day memory.

There is something truly special happening at Brandywine Princeton by Monarch.

Our residents are building meaningful intergenerational connections through the Perfect Pair program sponsored by Princeton University. Residents are thoughtfully matched with a Princeton University student based on shared interests, creating friendships that are authentic, engaging, and inspiring.

Each week, students visit their paired resident to enjoy programs such as arts and crafts, creative writing, book discussions, reading together, storytelling, or simply meaningful conversation. The program is guided by what our residents love — making each partnership unique and personal. Today Dotti & Princeton University Student Jenna are crafting!

Watching these connections grow reminds us that friendship has no age limit.

Today at Brandywine Princeton by Monarch, our residents enjoyed another enriching Epicurean Adventure this time traveling to South Africa.

Following an engaging travel discussion by one of our Lecturers on the exploration of South Africa, residents immersed themselves in the culture and traditions of this vibrant country.

Chef Johnny curated a culinary experience featuring African fufu and mashed plantains, topped with a savory shrimp sauce a true sensory journey that brought global cuisine to our dining room.

programming like this highlights how meaningful engagement, education, and cuisine can come together to create memorable moments for our residents.

Today we observed Ash Wednesday with reflection, faith, and community here at Brandywine Princeton by Monarch.

Our residents received their ashes early this morning, beginning the Lenten season with prayer and meaning.

To make the day even more special, Chef Johnny prepared a fabulous salmon lunch that was both delicious and perfectly suited for the occasion. It was a beautiful day of fellowship, tradition, and togetherness.

Wishing everyone a peaceful and meaningful start to Lent.

Love was in the air today at Brandywine Princeton by Monarch! ❤️💕

We proudly crowned our 2026 King and Queen of Hearts — Joy and Bob! 👑 What a beautiful moment watching our royal couple celebrate surrounded by friends.

The talented Ryan and Phil from Silver Spotlight filled the room with fabulous love songs that had everyone clapping, singing, and dancing along!

We enjoyed delicious cupcakes and Valentine’s Day cookies specially made for us by Manville Pastry Shop — and they were as beautiful as they were tasty!

A big shout out to the amazing students from South Brunswick High School WISH Club for helping serve the sweets and encouraging our residents to get up and dance. The joy and energy they bring is priceless!

What a fabulous Valentine’s Day celebration full of music, friendship, laughter, and love. 💖
