Something new has been unfolding behind the scenes…
And it feels like the most aligned work I’ve ever created.

I’m not sharing details yet (although almost) - but I do want to share the heart behind it.
Because this next chapter has been shaped by all the women I’ve walked alongside and by the shifts happening in my own life too.

✨ The Inspiration Behind What’s Coming

This next offering is the culmination of over ten years of my work with women.

I’ve watched countless women start strong, fall off track, feel guilty, hide, and try again - over and over.
I’ve seen how stress, busyness and overwhelm have become the norm… and how self-care has turned into yet another item on the to-do list ✅

This is my attempt to slow things down.
To bring nourishment back to something simple, seasonal and sustainable 💟

It’s inspired by all the incredible women I’ve had the privilege to support - and by my own transition into a new chapter of life.

As I move through perimenopause, I’m simplifying everything: my food, my routines, my expectations. I’m leaning into strength, not striving.

What’s coming is me sharing that shift - and guiding you through yours.

Bone health isn’t something we can ignore in our 40s, 50s and 60s - not if we want to stay strong, mobile and fracture-free for decades 🦴

After completing Mastering Bone Health with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition last week, one thing is crystal clear: we need to level up our bone support game 🙅🏻‍♀️

What I learned (and what most women never get told):
✅ Your gut affects how well you absorb bone-building nutrients
✅ Healthy fats are essential for absorbing vitamins A, D, E, K
✅ Food first beats calcium tablets every time
✅ Stress + cortisol directly accelerate bone breakdown
✅ Sleep between 10pm–2am is when bone repair peaks
✅ Walking isn’t enough - bones need load + impact
✅ And refueling after training helps bones adapt and get stronger

This is all close to my heart after watching my beautiful mum navigate osteoporosis 🦴 it’s why I’m so passionate about helping women future-proof their bones with simple, doable strategies.

So …..

I’m heavier on the scales (what I used to deem my heaviest) but feeling better than ever. After all that faffing about with the number over the years - how friggin’ funny is that?! 😂

I’m not fully chiselled and there’s still work to be done BUT I’m eating more, lifting heavier, resting properly AND finally living in a body that feels strong, not drained.

At 53 I feel calmer, stronger and more confident than I ever did in my 30s or 40s.

✅ Muscle is king
✅ Rest is strategy
✅ Doing more isn’t better - it’s exhausting
✅ Simple always wins

Now I’m grounded, powerful, well-fed and well-rested

AND THIS, to me, is the new definition of fit💪
