We have had a fantastic morning with Jersey Tri Club at the Lido .We covered the sequence for Adult Drowning Cpr, Sudden Collapse the use of an AED, before taking to the water to learn how to treat a swimmer with cramp, swim failure and how to turn an unconscious casualty over in the water but remembering firstly to never to put ourselves in danger to help others always calling 999 and asking do the Coastguard .
The Jersey Tri Club are donating a voluntary payment to the wonderful Philip's Footprints , A huge thank you to Danny and the team at the Lido for the floor space and to my amazing support team Ailie Brown and Gerry Leonard

I am delighted to open bookings for our Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Save a Baby and Child's Life Workshop on Thursday 14 of October 2025 from 7-9pm at St Georges Preparatory School
The Cost is £25pp.

The Workshop will cover:-
Baby and Child CPR
Baby and Child Choking sequence
Febrile Seizures
Meningitis
Drowning Prevention
