Carib Cement Company Limited hosted a powerful and inspiring session for our women today with Leadership Development Specialist, Dr Lois Parkes, ahead of the observance of International Women’s Day on Sunday, 8 March.

The session was filled with empowering messages and meaningful insights for our female staff, contractors, and students from Dunoon Park Technical High School and the Caribbean Maritime University.

This interactive engagement marked the culmination of our HERise programme, launched on International Women’s Day last year.

It focuses on developing women in the areas of self-awareness and personal growth, professional skills and leadership, career development and industry growth, innovation and change, and well-being and balance.
