Silk press = gone.
But my clean perfume? Still catching compliments.
Wore Ellis Brooklyn Guava, fresh, safe, and stayed on way longer than I expected.
No headache. Just a scent that showed up for me. 🧡

Sometimes it is not “just you”. It might actually be the perfume.

If you are getting headaches, brain fog, or darker/red around the areas you spray, your body is giving you feedback. You are not being dramatic.

You do not have to stop wearing scent. You might just need a formula that respects you back.

📍Looking for clean perfumes you can actually try IRL?
I tried the Cherry Stem by Phlur at Space NK and yeah, it smells good.
It’s phthalate-free, uses a water-forward base, and leans fruity, spicy, slightly provocative. 🍒🔥
But like most perfumes, it still hides behind “Fragrance / Parfum”, and includes common allergens like Limonene and Coumarin.
Start with Space NK, but go informed.
➡️ Is it the worst? No.
➡️ Is it fully transparent? Not quite.
➡️ Is it a step in the right direction? Maybe.
