This year I created the Soul Spark method based on the many workshops, sessions and retreats I hosted over the past 16 years.

Today, a donkey was my teacher.

Witnessing pain, limits, and imperfect solutions reminded me of this:
I cannot end all suffering — but I can stay present.

I can offer help, raise awareness, and meet what is with compassion.
Even when I disagree. Even when it hurts to watch.

In a world full of overwhelm, maybe our work is this:
to return to the body, the heart, and a wisdom beyond ourselves —
and let that gently guide more humane, healthier systems.

Presence doesn’t fix everything.
But it changes how we belong to it.

The herd always shows what is essential. Horses don’t perform — they reveal.

They attune to what is essential — not only for the individual, but for the entire system around them.

They show where a person is blocked, where a team needs strengthening, and where life force wants to move next.
They bring coherence, connection, and clarity without force.

✨ Online Constellation with the Herd ✨

Even on a distance, the field speaks. As I hold the field, the horses sense every inner shift; their movements reveal what brings life force and balance back into the client’s system.

In a recent session, the herd reflected the dynamics between strength and vulnerability within a relationship field. What emerged was universal: the old weight we carry for others, the forgotten sensitivity within us, and the moment strength and tenderness can finally stand side by side.

As clarity returned, the herd moved, showing the way forward — honouring what belongs, releasing what doesn’t, and restoring flow.

This is the power of systemic work with horses: the truth becomes visible, and the next step reveals itself.
