Caffeine Consumption, Sleep Quality, and Mental Health Outcomes among Jordanian University Students: A Cross-sectional Study

J*PA Academy Journal, Vol. 3, Issue 4 (Oct–Dec 2025), pp. 178–185

This national cross-sectional study explores the relationship between caffeine consumption, sleep quality, and mental health outcomes among university students in Jordan. Findings reveal that higher caffeine intake is significantly associated with poorer sleep quality and increased symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. With over 70% of students reporting poor sleep quality, the results highlight the importance of promoting healthy caffeine habits and implementing targeted interventions to support student well-being and mental health.

Awareness of Medical Students and Practitioners Toward Mpox in Jordan: A National Cross-sectional Study

J*PA Academy Journal, Vol. 3, Issue 4 (Oct–Dec 2025), pp. 167–177 

This national cross-sectional study assesses the level of knowledge and attitudes toward Mpox among medical students and practicing physicians in Jordan. Despite the critical role healthcare professionals play in outbreak response, findings show a generally low level of awareness about Mpox, including key facts like natural hosts, incubation period, and clinical features. The results underscore the need for targeted education and training initiatives to strengthen preparedness and response capabilities among future and current clinicians.
