Baby bean coming Jan 2026 🌻

I’ve been quiet on social media this year, soaking in the travels, quality time with those I love most, and preparing for life to change in one of the most beautiful, and rewarding ways.

Pregnancy has truly taught me to surrender. The fatigue in the first trimester was insane; I could not believe that within 1 hour of waking up I felt like I needed a nap again. Thankfully it’s gotten better as the weeks have passed, and it has been a unique time in my life where I’ve listened in on my body like never before.

As always, George was incredibly supportive and I went back to Canada for the entire roasting Riyadh summer where I was able to share the news in person with my family & friends. When you live abroad, these moments are that much more special, since news like this is usually shared over a video call.

Thank you for taking me to the sunflower farm and capturing these precious memories. I’m so grateful that our baby bean is being born into such a vibrant and loving community of people.

I’ll be using every single bit of wellbeing and performance knowledge I possess to try and get through the newborn phase as best as possible, but I know I’m in for a wild ride. So all ears for any advice that made your life that tiny bit easier!

Every 2 weeks I need to go to the desert…

That’s what our Airbnb host in Petra said to us.

The city is too loud - too much noise, too many inputs.

While the desert is quiet, providing him with space to go inward and reflect.

Such a simple reflection on his part, yet it really struck a chord with me.

Because I know he’s right.

Whether it’s the desert, the forest, or the ocean, nature has such incredible healing properties.

And the silence you experience in the desert is hard to compare to anything else.

My time in Jordan was incredibly special thanks to the warm people, fresh food, rich history, and the quiet of the desert.

Highly recommend a visit.

When was the last time you experienced silence? How did it make you feel?

Marriage, family, friends, community, LOVE.

This Valentine’s Day, it felt appropriate to reflect on a huge life event last year, my wedding 👰🏻‍♀️

It’s hard to put into words how special the entire week was.

Almost all of our closest loved ones sharing food, time, fun on our favourite Greek Island.

I moved abroad for the first time when I was 19.

George and I met during the pandemic, and we lived in Germany for the first year of our relationship away from all of our family & friends.

I’ve spent a lot of my life moving around, adapting to new places, building new communities.

It is extremely rare to have all my people in one place. Actually it’s never happened.

So when the discussion of whether or not we should have a wedding came up, I knew the answer was yes.

Yes because it is one of the only times in life, when all of your nearest and dearest come together to celebrate.

The day was perfect. Everything came together better than expected.

What really stood out to me was how special it was to have all of our people connecting with each other.

And to be able to share our love with all the people we love most in the world. There was not one dry eye during the ceremony and I hope it was because everyone could feel how deep and true our love is for one another.

A day full of laughter, love, fun, and joy.

A day that will forever hold a very special place in my heart.

This is a reminder to nurture love. In all aspects of your life - friendships, family, romance, and with yourself.

I truly do believe that love enriches your life in a way that differs from anything else.

Here’s to more love today, and everyday 🥂 💛 🥰

I am legally a wife! 👰🏻‍♀️ 💍

On 3.28.24, George and I made it on paper official (before we make it in our hearts official at our wedding later this year).

We wanted to celebrate with my grandma, and to honour my Chinese heritage.

Some of my favourite moments that day:

✨ wearing my mom’s wedding dress 🥹
✨ sharing the day with my 婆婆 (grandma)
✨ wearing three gold necklaces from three generations - mine, my mom’s and 婆婆’s
✨ getting to share my love for George with my family
✨ a meaningful tea ceremony full of tears, laughter, and the opportunity to share how much we all love one another
✨ the day was stress free (In the AM took a long walk, meditated, and set my nervous system up for the day)
✨ stuffing my face at the most delicious banquet

And so many more.

What truly stands out to me, is how much love there was. Between George and I, as well as each of us and our family members.

The number one answer I get when I ask people what they want to see at the end of their life, is a life full of time well spent with their loved ones.

This day was a very beautiful representation of love, how important it is, how much I have in my life, and how endlessly grateful I am.

So if you take anything away from this, I hope that it’s the reminder to prioritize love. Spend time with the people who energize you, be present with those you love most, and remember to tell them how much they mean to you.

💛❤️

A late WOHASU post..and for good reason (which I will share shortly)

As always, it was a fabulous couple of days filled with connection, learning, and inspiration. And this year, lots of dancing thanks to DJ Moodswing.

Here are some of my key takeaways, in hopes that it inspires you to stop and reflect, spark conversation, or make change.

☀️ reminded us of how our attention has the power to stretch time. For example, when someone is truly present with you, five minutes of conversation can feel like 30. In a world where our attention is constantly being fought for, a good reminder to fight back so you can be intentional about where and who you want to give your precious attention to.

☀️ High life purpose can afford you SEVEN years of good health. () Seven!! Good reason to prioritize time in being curious about what your purpose may be.

☀️ Robert Biswas-Diener shared the beauty of connoisseurship in a metaphor that really hit home for me: appreciate the layers of life like you would when you travel. The wonder and awe we experience on the road, can be experienced at home through a lens of connoisseurship.

☀️ Marc van Lokven shared that in a single day, we get more information than people would have gotten in their entire lifetime, 700 years ago. That’s insane. Another reminder to be intentional about what you’re absorbing day to day.

☀️ I had the pleasure of participating in the Purposeful Play Lego workshop where I got to play and build scenes which were meaningful to me. Even after a long and stimulating day, I was able to be truly present, curious, and connect with my inner child. (Last takeaway in the comments)

Guess we’re stuck together forever now 🥰 💍

Whether I’m celebrating a huge business win, crying on the couch wondering if I can keep doing this, exploring the hidden gems of the world, or eating a lb of ice cream, George is with me every step of the way.

As your typical high achiever, my worth, my existence has been so deeply linked to what I can produce or achieve. George has showed me time and time again that he loves me for who I AM, not what I can do.

I’ve never had more fun, felt more supported, and as seen as I do now.

Words can’t describe how grateful I feel to have a teammate by my side through all of life’s beautiful moments, and challenging ones.

I can’t wait to marry you Giorgos 💛

Truly the coolest project I've ever had the pleasure of working on..

the epic wellbeing collaboration with

And the day has finally come, where I get to test out and see all of our work in action.

After months of work collaborating, creating, designing, filming, editing, and a whole lot more, it feels really special to be able to see it all come together.

( A bit cringey to see myself in the headset, but I can look past that 😂 )

It's remarkable to see how impactful this type of experiential learning is.

To see real life, day to day wellbeing challenges and situations, and to be a part of them.

I can't wait to hear how users feel being a part of the experience.

What do you think? Would you ever try wellbeing training using virtual reality?

My KEY takeaway from ?

A deep reminder of how important connection is.

Yes, the event was RICH in data and studies (which I will be sharing in the coming weeks).

And I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to learn from some of the world leading experts in wellbeing and happiness..in person!

If I am to funnel the entire experience into one takeaway, it is that we need connection to survive. And we definitely need connection to thrive.

While I already knew this on some level, and I think we all do, this weekend really showed me how fundamental it is to a healthier life, and a healthier world.

I was reminded of this through the knowledge the speakers generously shared, the wonderful people I met, and the relationships I had the chance to nurture even further.

I was reminded of this when I was asked to close my eyes and visualise my happiest times, and in almost each scenario the memories were with someone I cared about.

shared with us that employers think that the biggest driver for wellbeing in the workplace is compensation, when in reality, it is BELONGING.

With the experience and memories in my heart, and the hard hitting facts and figures in my brain (and notes, because there's no way I could remember everything), I am feeling more inspired than ever to keep pushing for change.

The world needs improved wellbeing.

People win, businesses win, the planet wins.

In the spirit of connection, I feel incredibly grateful that I got to meet so many friends that I'd connected with online .brignoli, .eeckman, , , my coachees, and meet many new friends that I made at the summit , , , to name just a few!

A huge thank you to and her team for putting together such an important and inspiring event. Can't wait for next year!

Goal setting that *ACTUALLY* works...

That's what I talk about in this collaboration with .

We all know what it's like to get excited about the prospect of making positive change in your life, setting a goal, and then life happens and the goal doesn't end up happening.

That's why we created this series which addresses:

☀️ How to set realistic goals
☀️ No-no's when it comes to goal setting
☀️ Setting wellbeing specific goals

If any of the above are of interest to you, please click on the link in my bio to access the series on youtube.

Have you set goals for this year? Let me know in the comments!

What does living your life look like to you?

Is it time with your family?

Trying new things?

Gathering around the dinner table with loved ones?

Doing things that bring a smile to your face?

For me, it's all of the above.

And one thing in particular: it's travel.

So I do it as much as I can, and even in this season of business growth, you'll still find me on the road exploring.

This week I'm in Tallinn, and will be doing a short boat trip over to Helsinki.

Why am I sharing this?

As a reminder that there is more to life than work.

Do I have a lot of work to do?

Honestly, most days I'm pretty overwhelmed with how much I have going on.

Yet, I still make time to do the one thing that enriches my life like nothing else.

I do this because I value living a full life.

I also know that I'm a better coach, consultant, facilitator, and business owner because of it.

Because I make time for something that truly energises me.

As a result, I'm more creative.

I don't resent how much work I have to do for my business.

I have more space to manage difficult situations instead of reacting and then regretting it later.

And most of all, I'm happier.

That's what it's all really about right?

Building and creating a life that fills you with happiness.

If you are serious about building a life that fills you with happiness, send me a DM to get the conversation started about how powerful coaching can be to get you to your goals.

If your job doesn't allow you to spend quality time with the people you love, what are you doing?

I've talked to hundreds of people about what is important to them.

99% of them say spending time with the people they love.

Yet most of them admit they don't spend enough time doing so.

My family and best friends live halfway around the world.

Which is a blessing as much as it can be difficult.

It's a blessing because I have learned to truly nurture these relationships, and cherish the time that we do have together.

My mom visited this week for a couple of days, and I was intentional and present with every moment we had.

Would I be this intentional and present if we lived in the same city?

Honestly, probably not.

However, with the lessons I've learnt from living abroad, if I do move home one day, I will take that intentionality with me.

And I hope I can inspire you to do the same.

Instead of working that extra hour, put your devices away and have dinner with your loved ones.

Be present.

Be intentional with your time.

It's a gift, and it's finite.
