Baby bean coming Jan 2026 🌻
I’ve been quiet on social media this year, soaking in the travels, quality time with those I love most, and preparing for life to change in one of the most beautiful, and rewarding ways.
Pregnancy has truly taught me to surrender. The fatigue in the first trimester was insane; I could not believe that within 1 hour of waking up I felt like I needed a nap again. Thankfully it’s gotten better as the weeks have passed, and it has been a unique time in my life where I’ve listened in on my body like never before.
As always, George was incredibly supportive and I went back to Canada for the entire roasting Riyadh summer where I was able to share the news in person with my family & friends. When you live abroad, these moments are that much more special, since news like this is usually shared over a video call.
Thank you for taking me to the sunflower farm and capturing these precious memories. I’m so grateful that our baby bean is being born into such a vibrant and loving community of people.
I’ll be using every single bit of wellbeing and performance knowledge I possess to try and get through the newborn phase as best as possible, but I know I’m in for a wild ride. So all ears for any advice that made your life that tiny bit easier!
