Good habits for healthy eyes
1, engaged in long-term short-distance work, such as reading, writing, watching TV, playing computer games, after every 20-30 minutes, should rest 3-5 minutes, close your eyes or look into the distance for a few minutes
2, need to have enough comfortable light when watching
3. sit straight, do not bend back guess. The closer you lean or the closer you lie down, the more the ciliary muscles of your eyes will be overstretched, which leads to myopia.
