11月19日のきょうは #国際男性デー。

男性・男の子の心身の健康や幸福について考え、ジェンダー平等を促す日として、1999年にトリニダード・トバゴで始まった記念日です。いまや性別、年齢問わず日常の一部となりつつあるスキンケアも、男性のQOLを上げるセルフケアのひとつ。
