Dr. Laura Cristina Clipea from Klinikum Dortmund in Germany 🇩🇪came to Ohata team! Her eight-month long study abroad program from July to February has begun‼️Her passion for endoscopy is second to none🔥 We expect her to make significant strides during this training✨

JDDW2025 Day3
今年のJDDWも残すところあと1日となってしまいましたが、まだまだ注目の演題が目白押し‼️✨ 最終日もしっかりレポートしていきます🫡
本日のトップバッターは木村先生💪 麻酔科医による鎮静がESDの安全性や看護負担を改善した結果について発表💉 他院では実現が難しい面もあり、皆さん興味津々な様子でした💡
同時間帯のハンズオンでは、大野先生、港先生が大腸挿入法をレクチャー👨‍🏫 熱い指導が行われました🎉
お昼過ぎには千葉先生、加納先生が、それぞれメディカルリーダース社、エムシーメディカル社のブースセミナーに登場🎆
加納先生はその後のinternational sessionにも登壇し、先端からの局注が可能な新規ナイフの安全性と効果を発表📺🎥
最後はLECS研究会、実は我らがBOSSが座長をする予定でしたが足を負傷🤕🩼 港先生が代役を務めました😤 木村先生は当院の虫垂開口部腫瘍に対するLECSの治療成績を、加納先生は胃GISTに対するLECSの治療成績をそれぞれ発表！今年のJDDWの締めにふさわしい素晴らしい発表の数々、みなさん本当にお疲れさまでした💯🔚

Today was the final day of JDDW 2025‼️
Dr. Kimura and Dr.Kano gave wonderful presentations✨ Dr. Minato and Dr.Ohno instructed young doctors how to insert colonoscopy🔥 Dr.Kano and Dr.Chiba each appeared at the MC Medical, Inc. and Medical Leaders Co., Ltd.'s booth seminar🎆
Including LECS research meeting, so many great presentions were delivered from team Ohata💯 See you next year🙋

JDDW2025 DAY2
巷はハロウィーンのお祭り騒ぎですが、今日のJDDWも負けてられません！🎃
トップバッターは山邊先生😊大腸内視鏡研修にGoogleフォームを活用する取り組みをアップデートして発表🙋‍♂️その後飯田先生より、 大腸内視鏡専用検査食で検査前の下剤量を減らす検討を発表🍚質疑応答も活発で、盛り上がりを見せていました💪その後若林技師が、当院設備拡充と多職種連携についての講演を熱弁🔥いろいろな職種の方々がいるセッションでしたが、こちらも興味深い内容で、大盛況でした‼️

企業ブースでは、港先生がメディカルリーダース社のブースセミナーの司会も担当されるなど、様々な最先端の機器・薬に触れることができました‼️
あいにくの天気でしたが、会場は熱気に包まれ、盛況のまま最終日に突入のようです👀✨

33rd Japan Digestive Disease Week [JDDW 2025] @ Kobe – DAY 2�While the city is buzzing with Halloween celebrations, the excitement here at JDDW is just as strong! 🎃
We kicked off the day with Dr. Yamabe’s updated presentation on using Google Forms to enhance colonoscopy training 🙋‍♂️, followed by Dr. Iida’s fascinating study on reducing pre-exam laxative doses with a dedicated colonoscopy diet 🍚. Both talks sparked lively discussions and great engagement 💪 Next, technologist Mr. Wakabayashi delivered an inspiring lecture on expanding our hospital facilities and strengthening multidisciplinary teamwork 🔥 The session attracted professionals from various fields and was a big success! 👏
At the exhibition area, Dr. Minato took the stage as moderator for a booth seminar hosted by Medical Leaders Co., giving us the chance to explore the latest cutting-edge medical devices and treatments ⚙️💊
Despite the rainy weather, the venue was filled with energy and enthusiasm — we’re heading into the final day on a high note! 👀✨

第33回日本消化器関連学会週間[JDDW2025]@神戸

JDDW2025、本日は演題発表に講演にと初日からトップギアで駆け抜けます🔥現場より報告です！

発表のトップバッターは坂上谷先生！酸分泌薬抵抗性逆流性食道炎に対する内視鏡の治療成績について報告、活発な質疑応答もあり興味深いトピックでした🙌
午後は中国から来日された医師の方々とホテルの会場で交流会を行いました✨言語の壁を超えて内視鏡治療に関する意見の交換を行い、お互いの見識と交流を深めることに成功💪💪
締めは我らが港先生より、内視鏡的閉鎖術に関するテクニックや新しいクリップの使用経験について講演いただきました‼️

個々の発表だけでなく、たくさんの先生方にもお会いできて大変貴重な1日となりました🤝🤝

The 33rd Japan Digestive Disease Week (JDDW 2025) @ Kobe
JDDW 2025 – we started the day in full swing with lots of presentations🔥

The very first presenter was Dr. Sakagami! It was about the efficacy of endoscopic treatment for treating GERD(not responding to PPI) It was an interesting topic with a lively Q&A session 🙌

Also we had a meet-and-greet at the hotel with doctors who from China ✨ We managed to talk about endoscopic treatment, overcoming the language barrier, and successfully got to know each other better and shared knowledge 💪💪

To finish the day, our chief endoscopist Dr. Minato gave a lecture about the techniques for endoscopic closure method and experience using a new clip ‼️ The room was full of excitement, and the session ended with great success 👀✨

Day one was a huge hit🤝🤝 Guess what’s coming up tomorrow and after 🙌🙌

Chan Chung Hei先生が香港から🇭🇰NTTへトレーニングのため、約1ヶ月間留学しました！大圃先生、港先生に憧れて念願の留学だったとのこと！元々日本のアニメ、漫画が好きで日本語も勉強中だったとか😁見学やレクチャー、ハンズオンでも内視鏡治療(ESD)をしっかり勉強され、最後のハンズオンでは大変美しいESDを見せてくれました！お互いに頑張ってまたいつか大圃組とお会いしましょう！👏

Dr. Chan Chung Hei joined NTT for about one month of ESD training. 🇭🇰 It was a long-awaited opportunity for him, as he had always admired Dr. Ohata and Dr. Minato. He’s also a big fan of Japanese anime and manga, and has even been studying Japanese! 😄During his stay, he enthusiastically learned about endoscopic treatments (ESD) through observation, lectures, and hands-on training. In his final hands-on session, he performed a truly beautiful ESD. Let’s both keep working hard and hope to meet again someday with the Ohata team! 👏

タイ🇹🇭からPanasama Jotisuta先生がNTTへトレーニングのため来日しました！消化器内科医で、世界で活躍するBossや港先生の影響を受け、ESDの知識や技術を習得するため、2ヶ月のESD見学、Lecture、Hands-onをやり遂げました！さらには、彼の皆んなに好かれる愛くるしいキャラクターで、大圃組との交流を深めました！タイでの活躍を期待しております！🙋🏻‍♂️

Dr. Panasama Jotisuta from Thailand joined NTT for a two-month training program. 🇹🇭 As a gastroenterologist inspired by Dr. Boss and Dr. Minato, he dedicated himself to observing ESD procedures, attending lectures, and participating in hands-on training sessions.
With his warm and charming personality, he quickly became a beloved member of the Otsubo team. We look forward to seeing his continued success and contributions to ESD in Thailand! 👏

2年ぶりに、台湾より看護師の方々が当院内視鏡センターを見学に来訪されました👀
総勢15名からなる台湾看護師団は洗浄消毒をはじめ、医療DXや内視鏡センターの設備、運用に関して熱心に質問を交えながら見学されていました🔥安定感抜群の志賀技師が案内人を務め、特に洗浄消毒に関しては各国のガイドラインやマニュアルの差異を踏まえながら深いディスカッションを行うことができ、大変貴重な機会となりました🚀🚀

We were so excited to welcome nurses from Taiwan back in our Endoscopy Center for the first time in two years! 👀
The 15-person team was full of energy, asking tons of insightful questions about our disinfection protocols, medical DX, and how we run the center. 🔥 Our versatile technician, Mr. Shiga, showed them around, and things got really interesting when we had an in-depth discussion about the differences in guidelines between two countries. It was an awesome and super valuable experience!🚀🚀
