いつの日からか、参加される方の間で「テラヨガ」
と呼ばれるようになっていました。
お寺でヨーガをするからテラヨガ。
そして偶然、もう一つの意味に出会いました。
terayogaのteraはヒンディで"あなた"ということ。

お寺の静寂、お香とキャンドルの灯りの中、
ゆっくりとした体の動きに呼吸を合わせて、少しずつ心の波を整えていきます。
体と呼吸と心の状態を観察しながら、静かに自分と向かい合う時間。

お寺で本来の"あなた"らしい時間を過ごす。
それがあなたのヨーガ、terayogaなのです。
