Yes! you can enjoy that coffee ☕️
Breastfeeding doesn’t mean giving up all joy, especially the little rituals that bring you back to yourself.
Caffeine does pass into breastmilk in small amounts, especially in the first hour or so after drinking. But for most babies, this isn’t a problem.
✨ What matters most?
Your baby’s temperament and sensitivity.
Some babies sleep soundly no matter what.
Others might become a little more fussy, alert, or harder to settle if you’ve had a strong brew—especially if they’re very young or going through a sensitive phase.
Here’s my gentle guide:
☀️ Drink your coffee mid-morning, ideally after the first feed.
🕰️ Notice patterns. If baby becomes unusually alert or cranky after, try adjusting timing or amount.
💛 And most importantly: Don’t guilt yourself.
Your happiness matters too.
Your rest. Your rituals. Your small, sacred moments.
If you ever feel unsure, I’m here to help you explore sleep and rhythm together without judgment 🩷 I’m here to help, send me a message or book a free consultation in here ❤️➡️: https://oyasumibebe.wixsite.com/main
