JSMO2026お疲れ様でした。榊田智喜先生（レジデント卒業生）は2026年度奨励賞を受賞されました。水野太朗先生（現役）は２演題を発表され、Q＆Aでは親子対決も見られました。その他スタッフの先生方の多数の演者、座長などは省略いたします。留守番の先生方、ありがとうございました。

On behalf of the organizing committee and the secretariat, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all participants, speakers, chairs, sponsors, and staff who contributed to this unforgettable meeting.

We were truly honored to welcome more than 2,800 participants to Okinawa. Your presence, enthusiasm, and support made this joint meeting an extraordinary and memorable occasion.

Bringing together colleagues and friends from Japan, across Asia, and around the world, JGCA × APGCC 2026 became much more than a scientific meeting. It became a place where friendships were strengthened, collaborations were born, and our shared passion for improving gastric cancer care was reaffirmed.

We deeply appreciate everyone who traveled to Okinawa, shared their work, joined the discussions, and helped create such a warm and vibrant atmosphere.

本学会にご参加いただいたすべての皆様、演者・座長の先生方、協賛企業の皆様、そして運営を支えてくださったスタッフの皆様に、実行委員会および事務局を代表して心より御礼申し上げます。

本合同学会では、2,800名を超える皆様を沖縄にお迎えすることができました。皆様のご参加と熱意、そして温かいご支援のおかげで、本学会は非常に特別で忘れがたい会となりました。

第98回日本胃癌学会総会のプログラム原案が、ようやく形になりました。
今年は 1,700 を超える演題登録をいただき、心より御礼申し上げます。

抄録を一つずつ確認しながら、関係者で地道にプログラム編成を進めてきました。時間はかかりましたが、なんとか原案まで辿り着きました。

採択通知は 年末ごろまでにお送りできるよう準備を進めています。
2026年3月、沖縄で皆さまとお会いできますように。
引き続きどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

The preliminary program for the 98th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Gastric Cancer Association has finally taken shape.
We sincerely appreciate the more than 1,700 abstract submissions received this year.

We have been steadily reviewing each submission and organizing the program with the involved members.
It took some time, but we have finally reached the stage of completing the preliminary draft.

We aim to send out acceptance notifications by the end of the year.
We look forward to meeting you in Okinawa in March 2026.

当院レジデントの水野太朗先生が、胃癌におけるPD-L1（CPS）の評価と生検数の関係をテーマにASCO-GI2025でご発表した演題が、このたび Journal of Cancer Research and Clinical Oncology にpublishされました！

PD-L1発現の不均一性が問題となる中、「生検は5本以上」がひとつの現実的な目安になりうることを示唆しています。
今後HER2陽性例においてもPD-L1評価の意義は高まっていくと予想される中、現場での検査体制構築のヒントになれば幸いです。

筆頭著者の水野太朗先生にとって初めての原著論文となります。おめでとうございます！
