Is deeper pressure always better?
Not necessarily.
While pressure has its place, it’s the flow of a session that truly makes a difference. A smooth, intuitive flow helps the body relax and allows tension to surface naturally.
In my work, I listen to the body and follow its rhythm—focusing on where stress is actually held, rather than applying constant deep pressure.
Massage isn’t about force. It’s about awareness, connection, and working with the body, not against it.
