Hello everyone. I have made the difficult decision to remove all my classes from the MCCS group fitness schedule.

As I’ve shared with many of you, I’ve started a full time position with Family Advocacy on foster and have resumed my masters of social work program with Loyola University Chicago.

Though I will no longer be teaching regular scheduled classes on base, I will teach Sunday Sunrise classes at Uken beach when I am able. I will be creating events and sharing the information when the time comes.

Thank you for your support through this transition. I am excited to get back to teaching yoga again soon.

Happy Sunday!

I start my first day as a victim advocate for MCCS tomorrow on Camp Foster 🥳

As a social worker and as a yoga teacher- my goal will always be to offer healing to those around me.

I will be keeping one class on my schedule. I will be teaching Mondays at 7pm on Camp Courtney.

Classes are FREE to anyone with base access.

Hello everyone! Uken beach class cancellation 🚨

I’ve been scoping out the weather this week to see if we can carry out our sunset yoga at Uken beach. The rain has been so sporadic including two rain showers since I’ve woken up today- I don’t want to take any chances on getting rained out tomorrow. 

With that said- if you’re registered I will send you a refund today. You should be receiving this within the next few business days.

I’m planning on rescheduling on a less rainy day!
