The Gentle Reset was created as a soft landing just for you.

A 3-day retreat in Yomitan to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect — through gentle yoga, forest bathing, cacao ceremony, sound healing, and reflection on Okinawan wisdom.

It truly feels like the coldest days are behind us, and our bodies are slowly coming back to life with a little more energy. Let’s use that energy mindfully.

Stepping onto your yoga mat, being guided by experienced teachers, in a space created just for yoga… this is how you recharge your batteries and rebuild a deeper connection with your body.

And when you do that, it shows.
It radiates outward.

Nervous system self-regulation can be an act of working on world peace.

Because when there is war inside of us — constant stress, tension, overwhelm, self-doubt — it becomes harder to create peace in our relationships, our communities, and the world around us.

In yoga philosophy, we call this Ahimsa — non-violence.
And Ahimsa isn’t only about being kind to others…
It’s also about learning to stop being at war with yourself.

Yoga is a practice that helps us return to that.
Every time you step on the mat, you’re practicing gentleness, presence, and self-awareness — training your body and mind to respond instead of react.

Maybe your personal intention isn’t as big as “world peace”…
But trust me — when you increase your own wellbeing, you contribute to the collective healing too. 🌍✨

Whether you’re feeling connected, disconnected, partnered, single, or somewhere in between — this workshop offers a grounded way to reconnect with self-love and compassion.

We’ll move through a heart-opening Vinyasa flow, then slow down to create a spell (intention) jar you can take home as a reminder of your worth and capacity for love.

Yin & Pin is a special 2-hour workshop designed to help you deeply unwind and reset.

It’s a calming blend of Yin Yoga (slow, floor-based stretches held for longer) and acupuncture (gentle needles placed to support healing and balance in the body).

This is not a workout.
This is a nervous system reset.

During this workshop, you’ll be guided into stillness, breath, and deep release — letting go of tension you may not even realize you’ve been carrying in your shoulders, hips, jaw, or heart.

Many people leave feeling lighter, quieter inside, and deeply restored… like their whole system finally had permission to exhale.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, stressed, or emotionally heavy lately, this workshop is a beautiful way to come back home to yourself.

Founded in May 2019, The Yoga Tree of Okinawa is a studio space that goes beyond exercise. Our philosophy is that yoga is not only a workout, but a work-in. With mindfulness, meditation and various healing sessions, The Yoga Tree of Okinawa is a place to grow and transform, and to discover new and forgotten aspects of ourselves.

Whether it be through a sweaty Vinyasa class, relaxing Yoga Nidra, deep Yin or healing session, our goal is to assist you in an experience of deep mind-body connection.
