At least 4 billion useless eaters shall be eliminated by the 2050 by means of limited wars, organised epidemics of fatal, rapid acting diceases and starvation. Energy, food and water shall be kept at subsistance level for the non-elite. Starting with the white population of Western Europe and North America and then spreading to other races.
The population of Canada, Westurn Europe and The United States will be decimated more rapidly than on other countries, until the world population reaches a manageble level of 1 billion, of which 500 million will consist of Chinese and Japanese races, selected because they are people who have been regimented for centuties and who are accustomed to obeying authority without question.
2050年までに少なくとも40億人の役に立たない食物の消費者を限定戦争や致命的な組織的疫病、即効性のある病気と飢餓によって排除しなければならない。
エネルギー、食料、水は、非エリートには生存ができる程度に保つ必要がある。まずは西ヨーロッパと北アメリカの白人から始め、その後、他の人種に広げて行く。カナダ、西ヨーロッパ、米国の人口は、世界の人口が管理可能なレベルの10億人に達するまで、他の国よりも急速に減少させる。10億人のうち5億人は、中国人と日本人から構成する。なぜならこれらの人種は何世紀にも渡って管理されてきているため、疑いなく権威に従うことに慣らされているからである。
