The below case I came across it yesterday while on other missions. This man had been isolated by his family for whatever reason either shame or something else and almost dying of jiggers infestation, at first his mother resisted didn't want to us to see him but she later accepted. The man was crying asking for food, as if he been denied food or gone some days for days without, Its a tricky situation and it needs to quick intervention. We do ask any well wisher to donate for medication, food stuffs and other basic needs soaps, basin etc through a contact 0727609802.
