Take note of the updates on the Tax Exemption Vetting Dates and Venues in various Counties for the Month of May 2024 as tabulated below for your preparation.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has released Kshs. 2.8 billion for payment of beneficiaries enrolled in the Inua Jamii Cash Transfer program.

The funds have been credited to the accounts of 1,042,864 Inua Jamii beneficiaries and each of the beneficiaries will receive Kshs. 2,000 being payment for July 2023. Moving forward, beneficiaries should expect to receive payments on a monthly basis.

The payment will be through the six contracted banks namely: Cooperative Bank, Equity Bank, KCB Bank, Kenya Post Office Savings Bank, Kenya Women Micro-Finance Plc and National Bank of Kenya

The Government through the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has released Kshs. 16.7 billion for payment of over one million beneficiaries enrolled in the Inua Jamii Cash Transfer program. The payments will be made in 2 tranches.
The first tranche will commence on Wednesday 28 June 2023 for November-December 2022 & January-February 2023 payment cycles. The second tranche will be paid in July 2023 and will be for March-April & May-June 2023 payment cycles.

Beneficiaries registered under CT-OVC, PWSD-CT and OPCT will receive Kshs. 8,000 in each of the tranches totalling to Kshs. 16,000

The disbursement will be done through the six contracted banks namely Cooperative Bank of Kenya Ltd, Equity Bank (Kenya) Ltd, KCB Bank Kenya Ltd, Kenya Post Office Savings Bank, National Bank of Kenya and Kenya Women Microfinance Bank Plc. All the best to all selected beneficiaries
