CAUSES OF INFERTILITY IN WOMEN
1. 1. Blocked Fallopian Tubes: Fallopian tube blockage or obstruction is one of the major causes of infertility. We have various types of Fallopian tube blockage such as
- Cornua blockage: i.e.complete blockage of tubes from where they branch from the uterus.
- Distal or Lateral blockage: i.e. tubes are blocked halve way from uterus.
- Fimbria or Terminal blockage: This is blockage of tubes at the ovaries level.
Other Interpretations of tubal blockage are Bilateral( meaning both tubes) 2.Hydrosalpinx blockage (which means there is water in the tubes.) 3. Salphigities, (meaning there is inflammation in tubes due to infection.).
Tubes are also blocked when there is FORCED SPILL. (Meaning the sonographer used a lot of force when pushing dye in the tubes). LOCULATED SPILL. Meaning very little dye went through the tubes into ovaries.
CAUSES OF FALLOPIAN TUBE BLOCKAGE.
- Infections/ PID: such as Chlamydia, Trichomonas Vaginitis, Gonorrhea, syphilis, TB
- Endometriosis: When endometrium cells spreads to the tubes, they cause menstruation inside the tubes thus causing inflammation and blockage of tubes.
- Fibroids: Very big fibroids will squeeze the tubes and also fill inside the uterus thus blocking s***ms from accessing O**m.
- Ovarian cysts: Cysts in the ovaries blocks o**m from traveling from ovaries to the tubes especially if they are very big.
- Termination of pregnancy: Causes 70% of all infertility issues due to damage of tubes or remains being left inside the uterus.
- Miscarriages: This can be caused by injury, or infection such as Brucella Abortus. If not treated and uterus cleaned properly, then the remnants can cause tube blockage and infection.
2. Hormonal Imbalance: This can be caused by thyroid problems which results to abnormal hormonal distribution. It is mostly triggered by too much chlorine or fluoride in food and drinking waters. Also some family planning methods such as injections or implants can interfere with hormonal imbalance thus also resulting to P.C.O.S (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) These are accumulation of ovarian follicles due to hormonal imbalance.
3. Birth defects: Someone born with uterus which did not develop or form well cannot be able to have children.
HOW OUR TREATMENT FOR INFERTILITY WORKS.
Our treatment for infertility targets the root cause. If it is tubes that are blocked, we give medication to unblock them. If its Hormonal, we give hormonal balancing therapy.
1. WE DO NOT DO SURGERY.
2. WE TREAT BY NATURAL HERBS
3. We do not take NHIF or INSURANCE.
4. Duration of treatment is 2 months only.

How Do Blocked Fallopian Tubes Cause Infertility?
Each month, when ovulation occurs, an egg is released from one of the ovaries. The egg travels from the o***y, through the tubes, and into the uterus. The s***m also need to swim their way from the cervix, through the uterus, and through the fallopian tubes to get the egg. Fertilization usually takes place while the egg is traveling through the tube.
If one or both fallopian tubes are blocked, the egg cannot reach the uterus, and the s***m cannot reach the egg, preventing fertilization and pregnancy.
It's also possible for the tube not to be blocked totally, but only partially. This can increase the risk of a tubal pregnancy, or ectopic pregnancy.
Symptoms of Blocked Fallopian Tubes?
Unlike an ovulation, where irregular menstrual cycles may hint to a problem, blocked fallopian tubes rarely cause symptoms. A specific kind of blocked fallopian tube, called hydrosalpinx, may cause lower abdominal pain and unusual vaginal discharge, but not every woman will have these symptoms. However, some of the causes of blocked fallopian tubes might lead to hints of a problem. For example, endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory disease may cause painful menstruation and painful s*xual in*******se. But these symptoms don't necessarily point to blocked tubes.
What Causes Blocked Fallopian Tubes?
The most common cause of blocked fallopian tubes is pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). PID is the result of a s*xually transmitting disease, but not all pelvic infections are related to STDs. Also, even if PID is no longer present, a history of PID or pelvic infection increases the risk of blocked tubes.
Other Reasons For Blocked Fallopian Tubes:
- Current or history of an STD infection, specifically Chlamydia or Gonorrhea
- History of uterine infection caused by an abortion or miscarriage
- History of a ruptured appendix
- History of abdominal surgery
- Previous ectopic pregnancy
- Prior surgery involving the Fallopian tubes
- Endometriosis
