Cassava is one of the nutritious foods people in the recent years grew up eating. This current generation does not do that, if they do then just a few do🤗. And if they do, they have to either deep fry, or take it with sauce, or take it in form of porridge, that is the few who who do.

Considering that almost every kind of common food we know like maize, wheat, beans etc have been genetically modified, cassava remains as one among the few yet to be modified. I recommend that, whichever way you want to have it, do it.
