Hello guys.... Happy new year...
The three doctors that will keep you healthy and far far from getting non communicable diseases are
1. Routine physical exercise ..... Do physical work ups for at least thirty minutes....
2. Routine medical check up... This entails knowing if your blood pressure is within the normal range,,, blood sugar levels,,, Visit VCT centers for HIV testing and counseling,,, as for our ladies cervical cancer and breast cancer is on the rise... Cervical cancer screening is free in our public hospitals do this yearly to stay healthy there's nothing to fear... I encourage you to do the screening...
3. Healthy diet and modest lifestyle... Do veges kienyeji,, have fruits,, stop alcohol consumption,, cigarette smoking,,, avoid excessive salt intake... Fried foods and chomas are not good for your body.... Avoid stressful situations.
Stay healthy in 2019.. Healthy citizens a healthy nation and more productive nation.... Tell a friend to tell a friend.... Prevention is better than cure...... And lastly treatment of most non communicable diseases is very costly....... Share out widely....
