Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable and treatable cancers when detected early yet it continues to claim the lives of many women simply because of late screening and low awareness.

Why early screening matters
Early cervical cancer often shows no symptoms. Regular screening helps detect abnormal changes early, when treatment is simple, effective, and lifesaving.

1.Every woman from age 25 years and above is encouraged to go for routine cervical cancer screening.

2.HPV Vaccination saves lives
The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is the leading cause of cervical cancer.
-HPV vaccination for girls from the age of 10 years provides strong protection before exposure to the virus and is a proven long-term prevention measure.

-Mothers, guardians, and communities—protect our girls today to secure a healthier future tomorrow.

Let us break the silence, spread the knowledge, and take action.
✔️ Screen early
✔️ Vaccinate early
✔️ Save lives

Recognizing January as Cervical cancer awareness Month, Nutrition plays a significant role in cervical cancer prevention by potentially helping the body fight off human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, the primary cause of cervical cancer, through a diet rich in antioxidants like vitamins A, C, and E found in fruits and vegetables, which can bolster the immune system and potentially prevent HPV from progressing to cancerous lesions; a diet lacking in these nutrients may increase the risk of cervical cancer development by weakening the immune response against.

A lot of people are afraid of cancer, because unfortunately it kills thousands of people annually😱
One of the most dangerous types of cancer is cervical cancer HPV واع Statistics show that it's the second most common type of cancer and the third leading cause of death in women سر📈😩 It develops when cervical cells start to grow out of control and can then invade nearby tissues or spread throughout the body 🤦🏼 ♀
Cervical cancer usually develops very slowly. Cancerous changes can take years before they turn into cervical cancer.

So what are the reasons for this disease 🤔
1-Smoking
2-immune diseases are similar to (HIV)
3- NUTRITION ?! Yes, nutrition has a very important factor on health, because nutrition can reduce the incidence of the disease or delay its occurrence, and that's why scientists say that more than half of cancer diseases are caused by factors related to food
Okay why too 🧐🙄
1- Because of not eating fruits and vegetables🍇🍉🍆🥑🥦
2- Eat a lot of salted and grilled foods on charcoal 2-🍡🍖
3- Eat a lot of preserved and packaged foods in unscientific ways that contain contaminants and radiation that exceed the allowed limits🌯 3-
4- The increase in fat-rich foods🍟🍔where the amount of fat in the food is associated with the increased risk of cancer
5- High exposure to pesticide residues and some toxins found in certain foods .
