With the increased use of the Internet as a medium to do business - many Kenyans have been browsing the Internet searching for items they wish to purchase. Many of the items individuals’ desire are found on web sites outside of Kenya. Zinduka Shopping was therefore born from the needs of Kenyans wanting to purchase items from abroad. We facilitate the process of purchasing items off the internet on behalf of customers and then shipping the requested items to the customer. Zinduka Shopping therefore handles all the purchasing, shipping, and insurance of the items therefore reducing the problems previously experienced with internet purchasing. How long does it take to get my order to Kenya? There are a few components to shipping an item to Kenya and Zinduka Shopping handles all steps in this process. This is mostly dependent on the seller of the item. However, normal deliveries abroad take 2-3 working days. Thereafter, it will take Zinduka Shopping another 3-5 working days to avail your product. The total delivery time, from key markets abroad to your door: approx 1-2weeks. What does it cost to send goods to Kenya? Zinduka Shopping will always make a selection that will be availed through an exclusive newsletter and these will have the buying price in Kenya shillings. How big can a shipment be? We have no limit on parcel size. Items in excess of 200kg have been shipped in the past. For large requests please contact the sales department for a quotation.
