Feel it, Breath it, Live it Kula Greens is an initiative set up in 2010 to address the growing problems obesity is causing families and society as a whole.

We believe in a healthy lifestyle for every child. Children have a right to learn the importance of healthy cooking. Kula Greens is a program for children, parents, nannies and schools. We help them make changes for the children in their food choices, diet and exercise programs which results in decreased obesity, improved cardiovascular, physical fitness, and increased nutritional knowledge. Cooking and eating healthy MUST start at an early age. So, if our vision is for children to be healthier and happier, let’s start with that, and think about how to create environments that supports and sustains health and happiness. Key to ensuring a healthy future for our children is the participation of parents, schools, health care professionals, private sector and officials from all levels of government, faith-based and community-based organizations. Their involvement is essential to ensuring a healthy future for our children. We are what we eat, and what we eat determines our future. Let us move and make the change for our children to have a healthier and brighter tomorrow.
