1. GRANDVILLE APARTMENTS. KIAMBU - THINDIGUA
Grandville is a 2 Bedroom apartment development nestled in the Thindigua, Kiambuwhich is a growing and vibrant middle class area. The development is 300 meters off Kiambu road, opposite Quick mart super market.It consists of four blocks with 36 2-bedroom apartments. Each house is spacious, master en-suite, naturally lit, and has a plinth area of 89.6sqm. Also, each block has one penthouse with a plinth area of 103sqm.
To invest, you do so in two ways;
a. Cash Plan; for this option, one unit sells at5.25M while the penthouse is going for 5.5M
b. Installment Plan; for this option, 1.6M deposit is required and the remaining amount is paidin 15 months installments which is the construction period. Currently, we have 8 2-bedroom units and two penthouses out of a total of 36 units.

b. Installment plan; for this option, 1.7M deposit is required and the remaining amount is paid in 15 months installments which is the construction period.
