You know stress is bad, but can you spot the hidden signs?

We often think of stress as panic attacks and sleepless nights. But it shows up in subtle ways we overlook.

Swipe through these questions to learn 5 signs your body is sending you, and what they really mean about your workload and boundaries.

Stress often goes unnoticed until it starts to affect our well-being

The goal isn't to diagnose yourself, but to give you the language to recognize and communicate your needs.

The economy is heavy. And so are you

And it's not just about jobs.
It's being the family's financial backbone, everyone calling, everyone needing.
It's the uncertainty. The sleepless nights. The shame you carry alone because 'everyone is going through it.'

Economic pressure doesn't just affect your bank account. It gets into your relationships, your self-worth, your body, and your sleep.

Which one of these hit closest to home?

Save this if it helped. Share it with someone who's been carrying this in silence

Green flags aren't just for dating apps.

They show up in friendships. In workplaces. In family. In YOU.

And sometimes the most important question isn't "does this person have green flags?" it's "am I one?"

Save this and be honest with yourself. Which of these do you already have? Which ones are you still working on?

Be honest, no judgment here.

Most of us learned very early that making others comfortable was more important than honouring ourselves. We learned to apologise for having needs. We learned that saying no was selfish.
Those are beliefs, not truths. They're just things we picked up along the way, and the good news is, we can unlearn them. Boundaries begin the moment you decide your needs matter too.

When you're ready to start doing the inner work, our therapists and coaches are here. DM us or use the link in the bio, and we will be ready to help.

Setting boundaries with family, friends, and work all feel completely different – and each comes with its own flavour of guilt.

With family, it's the "but we're family" guilt.
With friends, it's the fear of being a bad friend.
With work, it's the pressure to always be "on."

Swipe through for three real scenarios and scripts you can actually use. They're words you can say out loud, today, to protect your time and energy while keeping the relationships that matter.

The goal isn't to push people away. The goal is to show up as your full, unburnt‑out self, which is better for everyone.

Which relationship feels hardest for YOU to set boundaries with right now?

Here’s a 5‑second practice that feels awkward at first, but works.

Stand in front of a mirror. Look at your own eyes. Say out loud: ‘I’ve got me.’
That’s not arrogance. That’s the foundation of self‑trust.

Build your self-trust one day at a time

“We wait to celebrate until we’ve ‘made it.’ But neuroscience says celebration wires your brain for more success, even the tiny wins.

Let's normalise celebrating the small wins just as we celebrate the big ones

What’s one tiny win you’re celebrating today? Let us celebrate together

Here’s something nobody tells you about self‑trust: you don’t rebuild it with grand gestures. You rebuild it with the tiniest promises you actually keep.

Here is a 4‑step process I use with clients who feel like they’ve let themselves down one too many times.

We’ve all been there. You set an intention, miss it, feel guilty, and then that little voice says, “See? You can’t rely on yourself.” But that voice is wrong.

Self‑trust is not a personality trait; it’s a practice. And like any practice, you start small.

That’s how you wire your brain to believe: “I’ve got me.”

If you’ve been struggling with self‑trust for a long time and want a supportive space to practice, that’s exactly what coaching offers. The DMs are open for a conversation.

We talk a lot about why boundaries matter. But the real question is: what do you actually SAY?

Knowing you need a boundary is one thing. Finding the words in the moment, without guilt, without over‑explaining, is another.

Swipe through for scripts you can borrow. These aren't theoretical. They're words you can say out loud, today, to protect your time, energy, and peace.

Which scenario felt most familiar? DM us, and we will send you another script for that situation.

April is here. The earth is softening. The light is lingering a little longer. And you? You are allowed to do the same.

This month, we’re talking about boundaries and self‑trust, two things that sound simple but feel so hard when you’ve been taught that your needs come last.

April is not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to yourself, the one who knows what you need, even if you've forgotten how to ask for it.

Which of these permissions do YOU need most this April?

Some seasons remind us that new life does not always arrive loudly.

This Easter, may your heart find what it has been needing:
a little peace, a little clarity, and a fresh sense of hope.

A new month. A fresh page. A quiet invitation to rise again.

April is here, and with it, whispers of restoration, realignment, and rising. Whatever the first quarter brought, joy, lessons, or growing edges, this is your moment to breathe, reset, and step forward with intention.

We’re so glad you’re here.
