We as a gym instructor we are expecting to help people(our clients) to improve their health and wellbeing. From day to day we may be doing a range of activities, including:

1. Setting fitness goals.
2. Giving health assessments to clients
3. Hiving advice and fitness plans.
4. Working to develop programmes that suit individuals' needs.
5. Leading group training sessions.
6. You'll teach clients how to use equipment.
