HOW ARE YOU DOING WITH THOSE 2021 FITNESS GOALS?
You wrote them down and sealed your resolve on paper. Maybe you just pretty much decided it in your head.
Well, if:
1. You actually started and are on it? Keep going and don't stop.
2. You started, but somehow slowed down and even stopped? Don't be too hard on yourself. Get back to it.
3. You never actually thought about doing anything to get fit? Well, I think you should. Best thing you could ever do for yourself.
