We all love to be on the paid and not the paying side. Take the time to treat yourself. Go for that spa date, go for that physical, get that therapy session you've been planning to go to for so long or even just a simple bottle of soda. Because self-care is as important as our all-round health 😊.

Children of all ages need their Parents attention and will try to get it in either unhealthy or distractive ways. As a result of this lack your child may develop Low self esteem, Behavioural problems, Difficulty in communication and Difficulty in forming relationships. As a parent or guardian, try and give them attention more.
