The Kenya Oncology Research Database

The Kenya Oncology Research Database It aims to develop a digital platform for the collation of data on cancer patients from multiple institutions and multiple collaborators in Kenya.

The Kenya Oncology Research Database (KORDA) is a project being undertaken by select faculty from the Schools of Medicine and Computing, at the University of Nairobi . It is modelled as a clinical care registry which will provide the complementary staging, treatment and allied clinical data required to monitor clinical care and outcomes.

It is with humble acceptance of God's will that The Kenya Oncology Research Database announces the passing of it's Director, Professor Saidi Hassan, after an illness bravely borne. He was laid to rest at Kibra Muslim cemetery on 31 August 2017. May Allah grant him paradise and may his legacy go on in the work he did. Prof will be missed.
