When you purchase a movement program, we provide a program to a woman from a low-income community free-of-charge. Our mission is to create sustainable communities through movement. It fuels our bodies, energizes our minds, and connects us to the world around us. Any disruption to our ability to move is an impediment to our quality of life. At Harakaty, we understand the profound impact that movement can have on physical and mental health. Our programs have been designed to alleviate your pain, improve your mobility, increase your strength, and release your cognitive trauma using a combination of specialized movement techniques.
