Be swept away by the timeless story of Clara and her Nutcracker Prince as they journey through enchanted lands meeting the dazzling Snow Queen, the Sugar Plum Fairy and more in this spectacular holiday adventure.

This 10th production is made even more special with guest lead violinist Professor Christine Gustafson, performing alongside The Dance Centre Kenya Orchestra, led by Antony Muriuki Kaburu.

All matinee performances include a Sugar Plum Tea Party where children can delight in meeting their favorite Nutcracker characters and get a tour of the backstage!

Did you know?
The Live Life Fully program was born from my final project for my Master NLP Certification back in 2018.

It was the result of 1.5 years of study, coaching practice, deep reflections and personal transformation.

One of the biggest lessons I learned?
We often hold ourselves back from the lives we truly want to live — the peace, joy, connection and sense of fulfillment we crave.

We're held back by fear, worries, judgment, self-doubt, patterns and stories about ourselves and the world that no longer serve us.

My master project became a deep dive into my own beliefs, patterns, and behaviours.

After more extensive work with clients, I noted many similar recurring themes and topics.

By 2021, I brought everything together to create a full experience. And the Live Life Fully Program was born 🤩

Since then, dozens of amazing people have gone through the program, and I’m so proud of each and every one of them.

Watching people shift limiting beliefs and step into more empowered versions of themselves has been incredible. And I continue to learn and expand myself through this.

Happy to announce 7 great NLP Master coaches graduated in Nairobi. Next to assignents, coaching reports, a theory exam and practical exam where they all showed that they integrated NLP at the highest ethical level, there was the model assignment which is an invitation to deep learning and unlearning. All the assignments that was a personal journey for all.

For me as trainer, I can train very technically and demand that every dot is correct and I know the head brain takes over.

I invite participants to dive into their heart and gut brain together with their head brain so when they do this is contribute to their journey and at the same time come out of the training with their own signature as a NLP master coach. Here an overview of the titles

💚 Being comfortable with my own voice, embracing all of me
💚 my authentic self, and to add to this, from this model assignment she developed a program for young girls in schools to value themselves and step into their own strength

All these assignments are contextualized, decolonising, deconstructing culture and bring impact.

Tijd om me weer eens voor te stellen, de laatste maanden zie ik een groot aantal nieuwe volgers, waarvoor dank dus wel zo netjes om wat over mezelf te vertellen.

Bij deze 10 weetjes die mogelijk voor als je me al langer volgt ;) dus here we go

🌟 sinds 2006 train ik NLP op 2 continenten. Net nog even gerekend en heb in totaal 42 cohorts NLP practitioner en 29 Master Practitioners. 😊

🌟 vanaf mijn 4e wist ik dat ik harp wilde spelen en dit ook nog steeds doe. Droom was concert harpiste te worden en misschien dit jaar wordt dit werkelijkheid.

🌟 sinds november 2024 ben ik gecertificeerd mBIT Professional Coach trainer, in februari de 3e cohort in Kenya en voorjaar 2025 ook in Nederla nd.

🌟 de basisopleiding systemisch werk en 2 daagse systemisch coachen heb ik helemaal zelf ontwikkelt en zo'n 350 facilitators wereldwijd hebben de kracht van de opleiding ervaren

🌟 met trots ben ik boerendochter, dankbaar voor de plek waar ik ben opgegroeid en de verbinding die ik voel daardoor met omgeving, mens en dier.

🌟 dit jaar ga ik mijn 20e retreat begeleiden. SoulSafari is mijn concept waarbij je met je voeten op de rode aarde en gedragen door mama Africa de meest wonderlijke inzichten en doorbraken maakt.

🌟 door mijn leven in Kenia ik het heel moeilijk vind als culturen, methodes of rituelen geexotiseerd worden en ik ben best doe om in mijn werk daar zo zuiver mogelijk mee om te gaan.

🌟 een mariannetje erg populair is onder oud deelnemers, in Kenya noemen ze dit starfishing en is mijn manier om als het leven even te veel wordt te handelen.

🌟 sinds 2021 ben ik weer gaan lezen en vorig jaar ik 23 boeken heb gelezen met een voorliefde heb voor historische romans

🌟 dat ik 3 kinderen, 2 bedrijven, 3 katten, een hond, een konijn en 2 schildpadden heb

En alles doe ik vol passie , altijd een tikkie anders dan anderen en altijd vanuit het hart en vanuit we are all human first.
