Friday marked the official start of our 8-Week Wellness Bootcampโ€”and what a success it was! ๐ŸŽ‰

We had an amazing 2 hours together where:

โœ… Clients met each other for the first time and bonded
โœ… We went through the program guidelines and expectations
โœ… Everyone had the chance to ask questions and get clarity.

For years, Iโ€™ve done inductions virtuallyโ€”but this physical session reminded me of one thing: in-person connection builds commitment, accountability, and results.

Our ๐—ฝ๐˜€๐˜†๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜ shared how stress impacts health and will be walking with clients to develop healthy stress-management tools.
And of courseโ€ฆ we laughed, we learned, and even shared some fears.
