We have officially launched a pilot program to integrate complex health data into a unified, real-time dashboard—turning fragmented silos into a powerful engine for healthcare transformation.
Kisii County manages a massive ecosystem of 164 public health facilities and a broader network of 350 health centers. By performing deep micro-level analysis on this data, we aren't just looking at numbers; we are looking at the pulse of a county.
Why this matters for the people of Kisii:
Protecting Newborns: We are deploying Neobat devices for real-time neonatal monitoring, feeding live data directly to nursing stations.
Empowering 2,950 CHPs: We’re integrating our vast network of Community Health Promoters to bridge the gap from the village to the hospital.
Data Sovereignty: Local leadership no longer has to wait for delayed reports. Kisii now has real-time insights on staffing, medical supplies, and emerging disease trends.
Precision Budgeting: We are using scientific evidence to ensure health funds are allocated exactly where they are needed most across all wards.
