The great thing about delivering these awesome Melas to clients is I am always trying new things to suit the season, the weather but above all enjoy the journey of discovery a client has with their taste buds.
I present foods prepared in a way they often have never had before and had no idea they would enjoy. Certain meals become favourites from never being eaten before.
Beetroot and mung bean "felafel" with a smokey, creamy, umami, chili sauce made with tahini served with roasted rainbow Chantilly carrots.
Roasted broccoli with toasted spiced mixed seeds, a crunchy walnut and brown rice salad with a pomegranate and suman dressing, goat cheese and a home made marmalade and plum chutney (this was declared to be the new favourite salad of one lovely client)
Turmeric, green chili and coriander scrambled silken tofu with twice toasted pumpernickel, radish, pickled red cabbage, mung beans and baby gem lettuce (also one of this particular clients favourites she hadn't had before I started working with them)
Hearty meals focused on fibre, micronutrients, supporting the endocrine system and of course all the joy that comes with exciting flavours and textures.
Meal portions are generous and satisfying yes this client says although she has tried a plethora of different diets she just could never lose any weight. Four weeks of my food five days a week and she has lost, without even trying, 3kgs and feels more energised than her time in London (she moved from Australia)
One doesn't need to count calories, restrict and sacrifice enjoyment of food to lose weight. Once you are eating the right foods your body no longer feels the need to hold on to excess fat and simply starts burning it off. Yes, it's more complicated than that simple sentence when you take it apart piece by piece BUT in practice it is not complicated.
It's just about having someone show you what to eat for you as an individual ❤️💪🏼❤️
I have space for one more client for deliveries twice a week on Sunday and Wednesday evenings if you are interested in finding balance in your body this spring.
