1. Talk to someone.. talking to someone abooout how you feel can help.(PROBLEMS SHARED ARE PROBLEMS HALF SOLVED.)
2. Get enough sleep.
3. Try relaxation techniques. ie meditation.
4. physical activity. Stressful situations increase the level of stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol in your body. which are fight/flight hormones. physical activity helps in reducing these.
in addition it also helps in improving the quality of sleep.
5. TAKE CONTROL. Learn to find solutions for your problems, this will help you feel more in control thereby reducing your stress levels.
