Starting date – March 2022

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guest check ins & briefings, hosting & check-outs and all guest experiences during their stay.
• Planning lodge logistics, rooming, staff schedules etc.
• Lodge Maintenance.
• Submit weekly operations budgets and manage expenses accordingly.
• Submit daily lodge notes.
• Ensure that lodge systems and policies are maintained.
• Manage a staff team of between 35 – 40.
• Host and submit presentations to the Country Manager and / or owners of the lodge during routine visits.

BACKGROUND
• Experience in a similar management role
• Working history showing longevity and commitment.
• Food & Beverage background.
• Strong hosting skills.
• Good administrative skills
• Maintenance experience.

PACKAGE - $3000 - $4000 (DOE for the couple) and subject to PAYE in Malawi. The package includes accommodation and flights to / and from the original destination yearly.

A two-year contract will be offered to the successful candidates and be subject to the approval of work permits

✅(Luke 15:1)_*Jesus Christ came out openly as he spoke to publicans and sinners. Pharisees murmured saying:
*_"This man received sinners and eateth with them"._* *_(VERSE 2)_*
✅Jesus spoke in parable about a man who owns hundred sheep, and one of them gets lost, he will leave the ninety nine in the wilderness and go after that which he lost. As Jesus expressed the real heart of God in life and ministry. He said he will go after that which is *LOST UNTIL HE FINDS IT *_(Vs 4)._*
✅The word of God has come very clearly - GODS will is that we go for what is lost. *UNTIL WE FIND IT".* The key word that expresses the ultimate attitude of God in warfare is;
🔥UNTIL HE FINDS IT" UNTIL WE WIN IT".*
This should be the heart of every christian - Pastor, Evangelist intercessor e.t.c.- It is until we find what we want that we will stop.
✅GOD wants the church and Christians not to stop - *_"it is until we find it."_* You a re praying for your unsaved husband- The goal is *_"until I find him"._* If you are looking for a job- *_"it is until you find it." _* We must win!
✅Most Christians have failed in the battle because they do not aim at; *_"until he find it"_*
The bible says after finding it, "lay it on shoulders come to church *_(family or friends rejoicing and share the joy._* *_(Verse 6),_* even Angels in heaven rejoice over brothers and sisters who go out until they *_"find it"_*. In *_(Luke 15:8)_*
✅The woman with lost coin looks for it, to an extent of sweeping the floor *"dilligently until he finds it"-* That's our aim, at heart .
