If you're looking to make changes in your diet, start smart and simple. This could mean:
1. Reducing the portion sizes on your plate, without depriving yourself.
2. Having 'small' but frequent meals, without depriving yourself.
3. Carrying a fruit or a small container with nuts to make up a healthy snack during the day.
4. Trying different vegetable recipes to make them more palatable.
5. Setting a few hours aside for grocery shopping.
6. Reducing the amount of sugar in your tea.
The thing is, if there is a small action towards altering your diet you've been putting off, just do it. Start today. Start now.
