1. The lipstick you use can affect the brain development of ur baby,it may cause miscarriage
2. Smoking ci******es can affect fertility
3. Hormonal imbalance may cause infertility
4. Abusing NSAIDs (eg ibuprofen) can affect ur fertility
5. Weightlifting can improve s***m conc.
It’s important you watch the lipstick you use, some lipsticks contain a high amount of lead, this lead can accumulate in the body and get stored in the bones, it can persist over a life time.
When a woman gets pregnant this lead that is stored in the bones gets released into the body, lead can cross the placenta barrier and get to the baby.
There is can cause miscarriage, recurrent miscarriage, it can also affect the brain development of the baby, making the baby have a low IQ, find it hard to concentrate or learn in school.
The baby may grow to have antisocial attributes.
Smoking can negatively affect fertility in both male and female. Smoking as little as 5 ci******es a day is associated with lower fertility rates in both male and female.
Smoking can affect s***m quality, result in increased numbers of abnormally shaped s***m. Smoking can also affect the ability of the s***m to move, what is known as the s***m motility.
This all can decrease the ability of the s***m to fertilize eggs. That is why when a man is finding it hard to impregnate a woman and he goes to see the doctor, the doctor advises him not to smoke.
The above are the reasons why.
Even in women smoking is bad. It makes it more difficult for then to conceive, and even more difficult to keep their pregnancy.
Hormonal imbalance can affect fertility in both men and women but it’s a more serious issue in women than in men.
What’s hormonal imbalance?
Simply put, hormonal imbalance is when you have too much or too little of a certain hormone in your body.
The body doesn’t play with balance especially when it comes to hormones. A slight hormonal imbalance can affect the entire body.
Lets look at the basics:
For example, men have less of estrogen and more of testosterone in the body.
In women, it’s the reverse, they have, more of estrogen and less of testosterone.
When a man has a high level of estrogen in his body it becomes harder for him to impregnate a woman, high estrogen level in men can affect their s***m negatively.
In the same way, when a woman have a high level of testosterone in her body, in can affect her menstrual cycle, affect her ability to conceive and she may experience recurrent miscarriages. An example of this in women is PCOS (polycystic o***y syndrome),
here a woman’s o***y may produce more of androgens (a male s*x hormone) this can affect her fertility.
Abusing NSAIDs can affect fertility in young women.
The frequent use of NSAIDs can prevent ovulation and reduce the level of progesterone in young women, this can cause infertility.
Using NSAIDs occasionally (like once in a month) at prescribed dose is less likely to cause issues but abuse or frequent use of NSAIDs due to certain conditions can greatly affect fertility in women.
“Weightlifting boosts s***m concentration”, how does it do that?
Weightlifting increases testosterone levels & improve insulin sensitivity.
This increased testosterone levels + greater insulin sensitivity will lead to improved s***m concentration.
Simple maths.
