August Highlights 🌿
Despite a two-week pause thanks to Influenza A, August turned out to be a beautiful month!

I unexpectedly taught my final yoga class a little earlier than planned, soaked up some gorgeous winter sunshine, celebrated our baby shower, and rang in my 40th birthday! I was truly spoiled with so many thoughtful gifts for both myself and baby #3.

Most importantly, I had precious time with loved ones — something I’ll always cherish.

Now, with just 9 days until our due date, I’m feeling ready and so excited for what’s to come! 🍼💗🐣

I’m really sorry to say that the flu has completely knocked me out, so I won’t be able to host my final class tomorrow as planned. 😞 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has come out and participated in our community free yoga sessions — it’s been such a joy to teach, and I’ve loved every moment of it. I truly hope to be back this summer to restart our sessions. Take care, and I’m sending good energy to all of you! 💖

Our Wednesday morning yoga is taking a short break whilst Yoga flow with Jo takes time out to have her baby.

Thanks to everyone that has been to classes. Watch this space for the return in the future.

**JUNE RECAP ✨**
What. A. Month. 😮‍💨

We sold our house 🏡, said goodbye to a chapter, and moved into an Airbnb… all while renovations kicked off at the new place 🔨
(We barely saw Ryan — pretty sure he’s moved into Bunnings 😂)

💥 Then life hit…
Taya & I got food poisoning 🤢
I was sick for over a week (brutal!)
Got new hair 💇‍♀️
Went back to kinesiology… still have a parasite (yay me 😬)
Back on the healing path with my naturopath. Slowly getting there 🤞🏻

Meanwhile…
James had Crazy Hair Day & nailed assembly 🎤
He got the cutest puppy Yoshi 🐶 (with his dad)
We explored our new neighborhood on some beautiful winter days ❄️
Had sibling dance parties 🕺💃
And the house is finally starting to feel like *home* ❤️

It’s been chaotic — late nights, trades everywhere, dust, boxes, meltdowns (from all of us 😅)… but through it all, we made it.
The dream is unfolding ✨

Here’s to July: slower, calmer, and a little more gentle on all of us 🤍🙌🏻

Weekly free community yoga 🧘‍♀️

The sun will be out again tomorrow for our weekly Community Yoga with Yoga flow with Jo starting from 9.15am out the front of HBC.

Free to join in, just bring along your own yoga mat. Stop in for a coffee or some breakkie after your class. Perfect start to your Wednesday!
