Before by 8 a.m., there is one wave of serious hunger that will hit me and I will start searching for something to eat. It was crazy. I eat a lot and still get hungry easily. I am full in my stomach but I still want to eat something. It was when I read more books, watched certain videos, and followed certain accounts that I came to understand what was really happening. My hunger hormones (ghrelin and leptin) weren’t in order, my insulin wasn’t in order, my gut wasn’t it order, they needed fixing. Now, my gut, and all are in order—I fixed them. Early in the morning I take my water and exercise. Push my breakfast to later in the morning or in the day. I am more energetic and more focused than before. I get more things done. You too can.
