Letโ€™s grab dose of inspiration from Jasmine ๐Ÿ‘‡

Back then, I thought that cutting meal portion, intermittent fasting with some exercise able to reduce weight. Definitely it helped to reduce my weight but it also rebounds fast!

I have no idea and I continued to balloon up until being an obese. Turning point is when I found out my body fat level spiked up nearly 50% compared to my last check up and doctor even advised me to go full vegetarian which I know nearly impossible for me!

28 year young and I donโ€™t want to spend ๐Ÿ’ตon long term medication instead I invested on my health ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

While searching for ways to lose weight through a healthy method, I came across WXS Transformation Program and started my journey through coaches guidance on 80% Nutrition โ€ข 20% Workout โ€ข 100% Community Support

While collecting the small wins along the journey hereโ€™s my results :

Many people view exercise as a way to lose weight, it plays key role in the wellbeing of the body beyond just weight loss.

However, itโ€™s common that most of our lifestyle and environment encourage us to stay sedentary for many hours of the day (from driving to one place to another, working on laptop or simply spending the weekend on Netflix)

Good news for those who always wanted to workout but doesnโ€™t have an accountable partner.

On 12th February 2022, Saturday 9-11am, weโ€™ll be running a WXS Mega Fitcamp located on the Rooftop of Aurora Place Bukit Jalil!

People used to tease me with such harsh words due to my matured look. This really crushed my self esteem over time ๐Ÿ’” being someone who love to be emcee and talk in front of hundreds of people Iโ€™ve always wanted to feel confident about myself.

I was looking for a guidance to lose weight & shape up. Thats when I came across coach Vatsalaaโ€™s profile. Most of the time, we try to do things from a hate place. I see this with weightloss all the time.

I hate my chubby cheeks. I hate my thick thighs. I hate my body, I hate my look. I hate how I am.

Iโ€™m living proof that spending years hating yourself, hoping that that will motivate you, DOES NOT WORK

The more you hate yourself, the more likely you donโ€™t appreciate any progress because all the things youโ€™re doing driven by hate and youโ€™re striving for perfection

Remember youโ€™re worth your own love. Look for ways to prove it to yourself, stand up for yourself against your inner voice.
