Over the past months, we have witnessed heartbreaking rise in su***de cases many of which stem from untreated depression. Men in particular are often told by society to be strong keep it in or man up but the truth is men are going through a lot and they need support now more than ever.

Part of our mission is to raise awareness about men's mental health while encouraging to seek help and to speak up. Let's give the men are listening ear, a shoulder to cry on and a safe space to lean on.

To all the men out there, please know that you are not alone. It's okay to ask for help, seek therapy and it's okay to take care of your mental well-being.
