Yes acro can also be about beautiful photos, but it’s so much more! Spending this time in the intensive training was just an amazing way to arrive in Europe.
Now I feel that I have so many friends to visit around and to play with. I’m more than grateful to have found a common language that connects me with the community, with the energy that I want for my life.

In a world with so many tribes I feel I found mine, now it’s just a matter of time to get to know ALL the beautiful souls that are part of it and the best part is that I feel myself as a channel for more people to join it.
This are challenging times for ourselves humans and I can’t think on a best way to spend my time here than to spread trust in ourselves and others, to break barriers and prejudices.
What can I do for you? How this can be lighter? Do I know what I need from you? How is the best way to ask for it?

Anyway, gratidão beautiful people, you fill my heart with love, hope to see you all soon, maybe sooner than you think 😉

Sometimes I go a little back from the picture, I look around and think to myself, what am I doing? What are these people doing?

Are we just playing? The smiles, the excited voices, the bright eyes, yes we are playing but we are doing more than that, we are connecting.
⠀
Connecting to ourselves, our desires, surpassing barriers from what we thought was possible.
⠀
Connecting with others, finding new not so new ways to relate. With respect, with honesty, with patience.
⠀
Sometimes we flow alone, sometimes we flow together but the important thing is that we are here, feeling all the feelings, being responsible for the world we create for ourselves and for others.
⠀
This game we play is the game of life, is the yoga off the mat. But what are the rules then?
⠀
The tiny balance between me and others, between intention and surrender.
⠀
How do we know where to go? Should I base, should I fly?
Just one more time
Ok last time
One more
Let’s keep trying
Let’s push ourselves
Let’s be our best version
Let’s also enjoy the process,
Enjoy what we already are
Time is now
⠀
And we can’t take anything for granted
⠀
One day all the tricks will be forgotten, the body will not respond but if we are trained well, the heart will continue its expansion, will absorbe all that we do.
⠀
But now…
⠀
It really doesn’t matter. Let’s just remember to breath. Deep, slow.. what is in my heart? What is this that I’m feeling? Good, bad? Is there to be felt, not to be interpreted.
⠀
Same with you and me, our relationship, our paths, who knows where we are going? Things will change, we will change but if we remain true to ourselves, to our hearts, the game will continue and we will continue to discover, to learn, to grow, to fly, to base and spot others in their journey.

O amor de uma mãe

Nasce em um dia qualquer e de repente se torna inquebrantável. Brota em corações joviais e cheio de ideais, cresce até gestar uma nova vida, um novo olhar e nesse primero olhar planta sementes.
Cabe a cada um regarlas em suas vivências e pensamentos
Sempre é uma escolha mas saber-nos portadores dessas sementes nos torna responsáveis.

Hoje agradeço esse amor que um dia a senhora decidiu cultivar em seu coração, em seu olhar e em suas ações. Esse amor chegou até mim e o levo aonde vou, ele abre portas e cria pontes. Esse amor é o responsável de que eu possa me conectar com os demais, empatizar e crecer em meus caminhos.
Também é esse amor que neste momento me faz sentir um aperto no coração. É ele que me ensina que pior que sofrer por amor é tentar evitá-lo.

Agradeço a sua decisão, a sua coragem de amar, de cultivar esse amor, de resistir as tormentas da vida sem duvidar, sem hesitar e sem nunca fechar o seu coração.
Honrando isso decido o mesmo, estou aqui para sentir tudo, prazeres e dores, sem fugir, essa experiência me traz um grande abanique de sensações.

Do prazer á dor, do sorriso ao choro, da vida á morte. Observo, sinto e aprendo, como você fez e seguirá fazendo em nossos corações.

¡El vuelo más alto de mi vida!

Algunas veces para volar alto como un cóndor necesitamos caminar, esforzarnos más allá de los límites de nuestras mentes, subir y subir las
montañas de nuestra vida.

Cada uno tiene sus montañas, pero todos las tenemos, más allá de las condiciones y de la altura en que estamos siempre es necesario nuestro esfuerzo y dedicación para avanzar. El indicio de que no estamos caminando es la comodidad, el indicio de que se estamos es el abrirse de nuevos horizontes en nuestras vidas.

Nunca dejemos de subir, porque más allá de si llegamos o no a la cima es el proceso, el camino y lo que construimos en el que nos enriquece!

Comunidad, familia, hermandad, soporte, abrazos, calidez, confianza, escucha, tiempos, comunicación, integracion en todos los sentidos, juego, risas, charlas, desafíos, whips, pops, fotos, posturas, paciencia, fuerza, línea, potencia

Acroyoga no es nada de eso, lo es todo y mucho más. Somos vos y yo, personas que creen que la práctica es solo una excusa, una herramienta para que aprendamos juntos a crear el mundo que queremos y ya estamos viviendo.

Gracias a cada persona que compone esta comunidad, gracias a todas las personas que volaron sobre mis pies o sobre mis manos, gracias a los que me hicieron volar y a los que cuidaron cómo angeles los trucos más ambiciosos, las posturas más extremas. Gracias por ayudarme a encontrar mi línea y a confiar de que la más grande fuerza que poseo es la de intentar!

Eternamente agradecido por lo que fue, intencionado mucho más, soltando y abrazando lo que ya es!

Acroyoga no es nada de eso, lo es todo y mucho más. Somos vos y yo, personas que creen que la práctica es solo una excusa, una herramienta para que aprendamos juntos a crear el mundo que queremos y ya estamos viviendo.

The best and most beautiful thing about traveling is meeting friends along the way! The scenarios are as beautiful as the people we are with.

And that is why I am so grateful! In times when it is normal to feel alone, anxious and isolated, I am surrounded by beautiful souls, warm hugs and big smiles.

Standing I trust
Standing I stay
There is no where to go, like a three I feel the wind and move without loosing my roots, the connection to Mother Earth.
Grounding and touching you and through you the skies.
There is no one without the other.
The separation exists only when it nourish us.
As one, as life in all its forms and vibrating love and awareness we shall grow.
Learning from our mistakes, becoming responsible for our choices, forgetting the fear of living or of leaving life.
Life is within and this is forever.
