Eric was doing everything “right”.
5 sessions per week, consistent, hard working.
But belly fat and love handles stayed, and he was frustrated.

We did not add more.
We removed the noise, picked 3 main lifts, and tracked strength like a plan.
When strength started moving, his body finally followed.
Confidence came back.

He trained consistently.
He ate “clean”.
He showed up.

But effort alone wasn’t the problem.

Once we stopped chasing more
and started fixing the basics in the right order,
progress restarted.

Nothing extreme.
Nothing fancy.
Just better direction.

I didn’t hit the exact physique I aimed for.
And yes, when you set high standards,almost can feel like failure.
But here’s what I learned.

If I had aimed lower, I would have trained less seriously.
Been less disciplined.
Accepted more excuses.
Wanting to be shredded forced me to raise my standards.

Even without a perfect outcome, it made me show up better every day.
That’s also what I see with my clients.

Big goals don’t guarantee perfection.
They force better ex*****on.

I didn’t get shredded.
I got leaner, stronger, healthier, and more consistent.
And next year, we go again.

Most of my clients weren’t eating badly.

They were cooking at home.
Choosing “healthy” foods.
Avoiding sugar and junk.

On the surface, everything looked right.

But results were inconsistent.
Not because of motivation.
Not because of discipline.

The issue was structure.

Healthy food without clear portions creates confusion.
Good intentions without a framework lead to randomness.

Once we simplified the rules, adjusted portions, and made food repeatable,
things started to move again.

Same foods.
Different outcome.

2020-2024 was my bulking era. Reached 105kg with pretty high body fat.

It's time to cut everything down. Although I thought I needed to cut only 10kg to get lean, I'm down 18kg and still counting.

Lesson learned: we have much more fat than we think.

I'm not only coaching weight loss. I'm living it.
