Are you searching online at 2am about your health symptoms? You are not alone girl!! Here are 3 important facts and tips that can help you in your wellness journey during your 30s. Even if you’re under or over your 30s this can benefit you as well.

Research has shown that exercising at least 30 minutes daily will help with the issues below.

❤️ Cardiovascular Health- Women of Color in their 30s are at a higher risk of cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension and heart disease due to stress, eating a lot of salty foods, limited movement, and family medical history! Sis, find out from your family your medical history.

🦸🏾‍♀️ Fibroids- Take your heavy cramps and stomach pains seriously. Your menstrual cycles and hormones begin to fluctuate. Go to the doctor and request getting an ultrasound and/or screenings for Uterine Fibroids.

😳 Adult Acne- Yess you can experience in your 30s such as breakouts, eczema and wrinkles to name a few. Pay attention to your diet and limit eating takeout. Become besties with a dermatologist.
