الحمد لله كملت برنامج للعلاج السلوكي المعرفي للارق المبتكر بكلية الطب في جامعة هارفرد و اخذت علامة كاملة في الاختبار. هالبرنامج يعالج اكثر من ٨٠٪؜ من حالات الأرق و يعتبر افضل تدخل له حتى لو يقارن بالادوية. و قريبا راح يكون متوفر على تطبيق تهون.
I was able to complete a training program in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia that was developed at and received 100% in the exam. This program is over 80% effective when it comes to Insomnia and is more effective than sleep medication. Be on the lookout for it soon on
