I'm Clément Kankode, or simply Coach ZACK. As a Sport Field Performance Coach, my goal is to assist athletes and newcomers in reaching their health and fitness aspirations. Through my program, The Athlete, I provide support to individuals of all levels, whether they aim to tone up, lose weight, or establish a consistent exercise routine. My specialization lies in elevating on-field performance by enabling individuals to jump higher, move faster, and grow stronger. Yet, my approach extends beyond physical training. I aim to cultivate a supportive and confident atmosphere for my clients, grounded in trust and empathy. With extensive experience as a Sport Field Performance Coach and ongoing pursuit of a Master's degree in Sport Science & Biomechanics, I stay abreast of cutting-edge research and methodologies in the field. Expect unparalleled guidance from someone who comprehends the intricacies of athletic performance. Central to my coaching philosophy is the belief that everyone embarks from their unique starting point and comfort zone, paving the path to greater accomplishments. Acknowledging minor triumphs along the journey is vital, as these moments of progress serve as powerful motivators for clients (and for myself as well!). Family values hold significant importance to me, and when suitable, I integrate them into training sessions.

Every athlete’s journey is a story a series of challenges, adaptations, and breakthroughs.
When we wanted more than routine, we moved past basics.

Super sets launched us into new intensity, stacking fatigue to reveal our real engine.
Drop sets pushed past limits, teaching us that true progress lives in those stubborn last reps.
And when we hit the pyramid scheme on the barbell, every layer demanded new focus, new honesty, new effort.

The process? Choose your test, commit to the structure, embrace the discomfort, and watch your confidence build with every rep.

One of the things I truly love about this journey is embracing every challenge and the process of overcoming it.

Over the past few weeks, keeping pace with this community has had its ups and downs, but I’ve found my rhythm by moving through every facet of ATHLELAND. That’s when the idea of “hitting the brakes” really hit home.

It’s okay to slow down especially when you know your “why.”
November is all about planning, reflection, and building momentum as we head into the end of the year.
